We've been serving this wonderful community for more than 20 years. During that time we have bloomed into an owners association with more than 141 tenants, and are growing still!
We are dedicated to providing you with quality HOA assistance. Originally established on approximately 190 acres of trust land in 1998, Fort Pierce Industrial Business Park is located in South St. George, Utah. It has since expanded to roughly 1230 acres, around 530 net acres have been sold, and 170 acres have been improved and are ready for sale.

More About The Park
The park is a cooperative effort between state and local government, Dixie Power Utilities, and private developers and partners. The land is provided by Trust Lands. Private developers, Larkin-Gifford-Jennings, provide capital and management expertise. Dixie Escalante Regional Electric Association provided loans for infrastructure, and also currently provides power rate incentives, as they have the most affordable power in the west! The City of St. George also loaned money for infrastructure, while providing incentives for new jobs to the positively impact the local economy. Trust Lands benefits from this partnership through increased land values,
Additionally, the citizens of St. George communally benefit through the creation of more jobs, an improved tax base, and a well-planned development in an opportune location.
